About This Project
Through the Family and Child Support Program, Lighthouse provided financial assistance to vulnerable families, individual beneficiaries, children, and orphans facing hardship due to poverty, illness, disability, loss of income, or limited family support.
During this reporting period, support was provided to approximately 16 individual beneficiaries and families and including orphan children in Bangladesh and India.
The support helped cover essential needs such as food, daily living costs, education-related expenses, healthcare, and general family support. Some beneficiaries received one-off emergency assistance, while others received ongoing or repeated support based on their circumstances.
This program reflects Lighthouse’s commitment to delivering practical charity with accountability, transparency, and care. The assistance provided was not only financial support, but also a means of restoring dignity, stability, and hope for vulnerable families, children, and orphans who may otherwise have been left without reliable support.
